Fall 2027 / Spring 2028 Housing Application Availability

The Fall 2027 / Spring 2028 Housing Application will go live at 10:00 a.m. on October 1st, 2026. Applications are electronic and found in the Housing Portal. A non-refundable $100 processing fee in required as part of the application submission.

Priority housing options are provided for those who complete the housing application by April 1, 2027. Other priority factors include completing the Housing Contract between April 2 and April 30, and registration for Orientation between February 1 and May 1.

The Housing Application will continue to remain open after the priority deadline.
