Current residents who wish to remain on campus for the Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 academic year, and have entered the RSVP Lottery process between January 6-16, 2026, will be informed of their lottery win or waitlist status by 5:00 p.m. on January 20th.

Lottery winners may choose to remain in their current space and reclaim on January 20th. Between January 21st - 30th, lottery winners may choose any other available space on campus.
**Some criteria may prohibit you from reclaiming your current space, e.g., if you are occupying a dedicated space for a Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Living Learning or Theme Community.

Waitlisted students may be notified of available space after February 2nd. Our office will monitor space as it becomes available and notify waitlisted students if and when space becomes available. The timeline is based on the demand of the coming first-year class and cancellations from students who were able to sign a housing contract and book a room for 2026-2027. Please note, there is no guarantee spaces will become available.
