Roommate Search & Selection Closes

Prospective student have the ability to search for and choose a roommate between December 1, 2025 and May 1, 2026. After May 1, students will not have the ability to choose or adjust their roommate. Students are not required to select a…

Halls Close for Spring 2026

Students, make sure you meet with your RA leading up to moving out to get the check-out procedures. Failure to do so will result in improper check-out charges. Additional charges may also apply if damages are assessed.

Online Room Selection (OLRS)

Fall 2026 First-Time In College (FTIC) students who have completed their housing application and contract will qualify to participate in Online Room Selection. Additional details will be emailed to qualifying students in May.

Move-In: Maymester

Maymester students move into Nunnelee Hall.

Memorial Day Holiday

All university offices will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday. Students should contact their RA or RA on Duty as needed, or emergency services in the event of an emergency.

Summer Session 1 Move-In

Students enrolled in Summer Session 1 may move-in beginning June 5 at 2:00pm at Nunnelee Hall.
