2024-2025 Housing Contract Priority Period

Incoming freshmen for the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 academic year, should return to their Housing Portal to complete their housing contract between April 2 at 10am and April 30 at 11:59pm CT in order to maintain their housing priority.

For students under 18, a parent or guardian must complete a digital proxy, and then the student must sign their contract before the April 30 deadline in maintain their priority.

The housing contract will continue to remain open after this period. Students who fail to or are unable to complete their application by April 2 and/or their contract by April 30 will automatically be placed in the 2nd round of Online Room Selection.
