8/7/2020: MVNU2MSU: Move-In Day Reminders!

Where do I go once I get to campus? Please see the attached list of arrival check points.

*Note - Many  campus roads will be closed during MVNU2MSU. Even if you are familiar with campus, please enter campus from the suggested routes in order to arrive at your checkpoint from the planned direction.

DO NOT arrive to your unloading zone location more than 30 minutes before your check in time – you will not be given access earlier than the designated timeslot.

Fill out your Emergency Contact e-Form

Every resident is required to complete an Emergency Contact e-form to be kept on file with the Department of Housing and Residence Life. This form must be completed prior to check-in and can be found here: HRL Emergency Contact e-Form.

Complete your Housing Addendum

There is an online COVID related addendum to your Fall 2020-Spring 2021 Housing Contract. These terms must be initialed before you can check in. If you have not signed it already, make sure to complete this addendum on the MSU Housing Portal.
