Since your student will spend more time out of class than in the classroom, the housing program is a priority to us and to you. We take great pride in the quality and character of our central office staff and our Graduate Residence Directors and Resident Assistants out in the residence halls. Living on campus is an important part of the Mississippi State experience for many students. Each year our residence
halls and apartments house approximately 3,000 students. We understand that going off to college is not just a big step for
your student, but a big step for you too. Whether your student is in class or out, the Department of Housing and Residence
